Meet Team VRC…

Jess Otter

Jess has a passion for empowering families holistically to gain the support, resources and information they need and deserve to live their best lives.

Jess draws on her lived experience as a parent of an autistic child as well as growing up with an autistic brother. 

Jess has a Bachelor of Social Work, has worked as a disability support worker and continued on to work within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Lexi Kalyvas

Lexi is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and being able to support them through a holistic therapeutic relationship.

Lexi has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and has 2+ years of experience working as a behaviour therapist, providing early intervention support for children with ASD.

Lexi offeres in-home and school supports to clients and is currently completing a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis to expand her knowledge and be able to adapt behavioural strategies to provide support in a neuro-affirming way.

Annie Hull

As a proudly neurodivergent female, Annie is passionate about mentoring neurodivergent girls in how to embrace their individuality.

Annie has dabbled in some psychology studies but draws on her lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and mother to a child living with complex disabilities to guide her mentoring.

Annie is a team member for our VRC Holiday Squad and takes on a small number of mentoring clients.

Rachel Nel

Rachel is an Equity & Inclusivity advocate.

Qualified in Business Administration, Public Relations & Journalism, Rachel brings her wealth of experience in these sectors to facilitate all the behind-the-scenes aspects of VRC.
