My counselling services are designed to get to the root cause of your problem and give you easy to implement strategies that fit in with your everyday life.  It’s my mission to help you feel empowered and to realise the impact your thoughts and feelings can have on your life, in both a positive and negative sense.

Working with girls and women, I’m experienced in building rapport and working not only with you personally, but in collaboration (with your consent) with your parents, school or other professionals as required – a skill not all counsellors are comfortable in performing.

 

Counselling Services

General Counselling and Mental Health Social Work Services

A bespoke holistic counselling and support service for young teens and women struggling with relationships, school, self-care and life in general. 

You’ll be welcomed into a safe space and feel supported on your journey to rediscovering yourself and improving your communication, problem solving, confidence and decision-making skills.

Focusing on YOU entirely, we’ll unpack how your physical health, relationships, environment, culture, sexuality and stress is impacting on your mental and emotional health and put easy to implement strategies in place that fit in with your lifestyle.

 

NDIS Services

Specialising in mental health and Autism Spectrum level 1 and 2 presentations in girls and women, NDIS participants will be provided with counselling and mentoring services appropriate to their needs. 

This service is suitable for plan managed and self-managed participants and in-home consults are available.

 

Consulting Services

Providing a deep, holistic and functional understanding the brings not only solutions, but cultural shifts through consultation, review, reporting and follow up support.

Experienced in providing wellbeing and mental health consultancy services to organisations who want to:

Supervision (Individual & Group)

Essential to the development and maintenance of effective therapeutic practice, structured supervision can provide and ensure best practice for organisations, clients and psychological safety of supervisees.

Our supervised sessions focus on creating a safe space for growth that encourages:

  • Critical reflective practice

  • Exploration of ethical dilemmas

  • Skill development

  • Processing of emotional responses

Supervisee’s leave sessions feeling empowered, re-energised and ready to take on the challenges of their role.

 

Telehealth

Telehealth is a counselling service that allows us to connect over video and/or audio. You’ll be provided with the same service as an in-person consult, all from the comfort of your couch. 

If telehealth is your preferred method of connection, you’ll be provided with a secure and confidential link to the telehealth virtual space via Powerdiary before your session.

You’ll need a phone, laptop, computer or tablet to access this service.

Family Therapy

A type of counselling that can help participants improve communication and resolve conflicts.

Our sessions focus on creating and maintaining a safe space for all members which sets the tone for open resolution and real change.

Each session will provide tools and expectations to be be able to move forward in a respectful and meaningful way.

 

Counselling Fees

Your first session (90 mins) - $290

Following sessions (50 mins) - $193

Family therapy session (90 mins) - $290


Payment is due on the day of your session.

NDIS fees will be in line with the recommended fees.

Here’s what to expect during our time together

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

You’ll be sent an email once your booking is confirmed with links to 3 forms: client information form, consent form and a Telehealth consent form (if applicable).  Please make sure you’ve completed and returned these to us before your first session.

YOUR FIRST SESSION

90 minutes of easy flow conversation to get to know YOU and what your goals are for the future.  We’ll discuss some practical skills that’ll help you start making improvements in your life.  From here, I’ll develop a therapy plan that’s focused on goals and solutions so you can easily track your progress.

FOLLOWING SESSIONS

Your first session will be followed by fortnightly 60 minute sessions where we’ll dig deeper into your life and any issues that you’re experiencing.

SESSION OVERVIEWS

After each session, you’ll be sent an overview of our discussions, highlighting a few key points to think about and some simple strategies to implement into your life. These overviews are customised and personalised, just for you.
